Bone & Muscle Support provides essential nutrients for healthy bones, teeth and muscle function as well as cardiovascular support from vitamin K2 as VitaMK-7® and additional nervous system support from glycine. It is best taken at night after dinner as part of a wind down routine. Designed for all life stages from toddlers, teenagers, young adults, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause through to mature age adults.

The powder dissolves easily in water and has a pleasant, natural lemon/lime flavour.
