Xylose Isomerase converts fructose to glucose.
We recommend taking 1-3 capsules with cold water when consuming foods or drinks containing fructans and fructose, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or sucrose. The enzyme remains active in your stomach for up to 45 min, repeat dosages may be required if consuming fructose containing foods for longer than 30-45 min periods.
Do not exceed 15 capsules per day.
